Abstract

The one-line thesis.

Real World Impact ($RWI) is a memecoin with publicly inspectable revenue flows: verified charitable donations and an automated allocation through The Index. Forty percent of the entire $RWI revenue stream is directed to The Index. There is no vesting cliff, no roadmap of future features to unlock, and no discretionary treasury. What happens onchain is the product, and the product is proof.

This document describes the donation mechanism, holder rewards in $PONS and $INDEX, the automatic $RWI buyback-and-burn and locked-liquidity functions, and the disclosure standard the project holds itself to.

The premise

Crypto points inward. RWI points out.

Crypto is very good at moving value around inside itself. Tokens buy tokens, protocols reward protocols, and the loop closes. That is fine — closed loops are how liquidity forms — but they are not, on their own, a claim on the world. $RWI is an attempt to route a fraction of that internal motion outward on a fixed schedule, without turning the effort into a charity that happens to have a token, or a token that happens to gesture at charity. The mechanism is the marketing. The receipts are the pitch.

Nothing about $RWI is investment advice, and nothing here promises price behavior or a fixed reward. The commitments are procedural and inspectable: donations are published with settlement receipts, and The Index reports holder rewards, automatic burns, and liquidity additions onchain.

How it works

Fees in, receipts out.

Trading $RWI generates creator revenue. Forty percent of the entire revenue stream is directed to The Index for the automated allocation described in section 03; the project’s donation flow remains separate and each completed donation is published with its receipt.

Every buy and sell contributes to the project’s revenue stream. Donation recipients are vetted through The Giving Block, and completed transfers are published with the transaction hash so the flow can be checked independently.

Recipients are not chosen by governance vote or on a rotation. Donations flow through The Giving Block, a crypto-native donation platform that pre-vets every nonprofit in its network against nationally recognized standards — 990 filings, Charity Navigator ratings, and organizational transparency. The recipient list to date spans hunger relief, homelessness, children's health, and children's hospitals. The vetting layer means the trust burden sits with an accredited third-party service, not the project alone.

Holder rewards

The Index: rewards, burn, liquidity.

Forty percent of the entire $RWI revenue stream is directed to The Index. The 40/40/10/10 percentages below apply only within that Index-directed portion — not to 100% of $RWI revenue.

Through The Index, $RWI's configured holder rewards are $INDEX and $PONS. Distribution is automatic for eligible holders, with no staking transaction, lockup, or separate claim step. The live ledger reports only amounts actually distributed, so a configured reward token may remain at $0.00 until its first payout. Reward amounts and timing are variable and are not guaranteed.

The same automated cycle uses 10% of the Index allocation for $RWI buyback and burn and 10% for added, locked liquidity. The Index ledger publishes cumulative holder distributions, automatic burns, and liquidity activity from the treasury.

The ledger

Proof, not promises.

The word "transparent" is close to meaningless in crypto — everything is transparent, and yet very little is legible. RWI's disclosure standard is a small commitment with real teeth: every donation is announced publicly, both on X and on the site's ledger, with two links attached to it. The first is the onchain settlement receipt. The second is the public announcement post. Either can be independently verified without trusting the project.

Token & contract

What exists, what does not.

Deployment

The current $RWI token is deployed on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) and trades through Pons. The active $RWI/$WETH pool was created on September 3, 2026. The token contract is 0xDa2598c976E62E7E15DcCa75169B404712E48B04, the active pool ID is 0xa72a9de2c6e3db34308a8ae61e927ceffea630218ca1e712b70b61341c3e99a1, and The Index treasury is 0xb2c088db84293a6e3dee0765596f1cfdc2b9334d.

Supply

Total supply is 1,000,000,000 $RWI, fixed at deployment. There is no mint function, and no owner privileges to change balances or freeze accounts. What was deployed is what exists, and it will not be changed. Any tokens sent to a burn address are removed from circulation permanently and can be counted onchain against total supply.

What RWI is not

$RWI is not a security, is not a claim on a treasury, and is not a governance token. $PONS and $INDEX holder rewards are variable token distributions made through The Index; they are not dividends, guaranteed income, or a contractual entitlement. The project’s charitable output is committed procedurally through published donations against a public ledger.

Fee revenue

Forty percent of the entire $RWI revenue stream is directed to The Index. Within that Index-directed portion, 40% funds $INDEX holder rewards, 40% funds $PONS holder rewards, 10% funds automatic $RWI buyback and burn, and 10% is automatically added as locked liquidity. These percentages describe only the Index allocation, not 100% of project revenue.

What changes, what doesn't

The load-bearing parts stay.

The site will evolve, the receipts list will grow, and the front-end tooling around the project will keep improving. The load-bearing commitments are published charity receipts and the disclosed route of 40% of the entire $RWI revenue stream through The Index.

Because the mechanism is procedural, so are its failure states. RWI has stopped being RWI if any of the following occurs — and each is observable directly, by anyone, without permission.

01Donations are announced without a matching onchain settlement receipt
02The disclosed 40% revenue allocation stops reaching The Index without public notice
03Donations are made silently — no announcement, no tx hash
04Announced donations don't settle onchain, or settle outside The Giving Block's vetted network
05The founder retains fee revenue as personal income

None of these require a press release to detect. They only require someone to check.

The founder

The person behind it.

Louis S. was born and raised in Northwest Florida. He has worked in customer service since 2012 and in finance since 2020 — over a decade helping people, and years understanding how money actually moves. RWI is where those two threads meet: the helping isn't the marketing, it's the mechanism, and every bit of it settles on a public ledger under his name.

The founder operates publicly as @RWI_Louis and @BurgersOnBase on X, and as burgersonbase.base.eth onchain. RWI is not the founder's first onchain project, and the working patterns established across those projects — small, self-contained, verifiable, no backend — carry through here.

Risks & disclaimers

Read this part carefully.

$RWI is a memecoin. It is a highly volatile digital asset with no intrinsic value floor and can trade to zero. Holder rewards through The Index are variable, may be worth zero, and may stop; they are not guaranteed earnings or cash flow. Holders should not purchase $RWI with capital they are unwilling to lose entirely.

Nothing in this document is investment, tax, or legal advice. The charitable activity described here is a feature of how project revenue is deployed; it does not make $RWI a security, a donation-tax vehicle, or a substitute for direct giving. Purchasers do not receive a tax deduction for buying the token, and the project does not act as a fiscal agent or intermediary for donors seeking one — donations are made from project revenue after it accrues.

Robinhood Chain is a newer network and carries the usual smart-contract, bridge, and liquidity risks that come with any early-stage chain. Users should conduct their own diligence, verify contract addresses directly rather than trusting linked material, and interact only through wallets they control.
